Service Details
Do you need a car and driver in the Black Hills area? We offer private shuttle transport services to and from Rapid City to other locations in the Black Hills. We can accommodate 1-4 people. Fees determined by distance and duration. Please contact us for rates. We may also be able to accommodate if booking hours are not within our normal 8-5 hours depending upon our driver availability. Please call us with your request. 605-430-2029 Each person transported will be required to sign a liability waiver upon pickup. If you would like a copy to review prior to using this service, please let us know and we will provide you with one via email. Touring in the Black Hills is based out of Rapid City. Our shuttle service picks up or delivers from the following locations: • Rapid City • Hill City • Keystone • Custer • Edgemont • Deadwood • Wall • Spearfish • Sturgis (not available during the Sturgis Rally) Additional Information: • Our earliest morning pickup is at 8:00 A.M. and our last drop off time is 5:00 P.M. • The default duration is 2 hours. Your transport time will vary. We just need to be able to block the time in our calendar correctly. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, so we offer a flexible cancellation policy to ensure peace of mind for our guests. Please read the details below: 14+ Days Before Transport/Shuttle Service: You can cancel your reservation with no charge and receive a full refund of amount paid less any credit card processing fees. Less than 14 Days Before the Transport/Shuttle Service: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations within 14 days of the service date. This also applies to no-shows on the day of the service date. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes. If you need to make any adjustments to your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to assist you. Timeless Connections, LLC DBA Touring in the Black Hills reserves the right to cancel your reservation, and provide a full refund, if unforeseen circumstances occur with the availability of the guide(s)/drivers(s) or the service vehicle/equipment. If Timeless Connections, LLC DBA Touring in the Black Hills determines that the weather on the day of the service is going to be "excessively extreme" we will do our best to reschedule your Transport/Shuttle Service. If rescheduling isn't possible, either due to our schedule or yours, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued. Please note that services generally go during inclement weather; rain, high or low temperatures, and/or fog. Please dress accordingly. Each Transport/Shuttle Service participant will be required to sign a liability waiver at the beginning of the service.
