Private Passenger Shuttle & Car-for-Hire Service – Black Hills Region Need a reliable car and driver in the Black Hills? We offer private passenger shuttle transportation to and from Rapid City and other locations throughout the Black Hills, including Rapid City Regional Airport. We can accommodate 1–4 passengers comfortably. 🕒 Service Hours & Availability Standard service hours: 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. Requests outside of those hours may be accommodated depending on driver availability — please call us at 605-430-2029 to discuss. 💵 Pricing & Payment Shuttle rates are based on distance and duration — see our pricing list for typical routes. We also offer a car-and-driver service for hire by the hour: $100/hour, 2-hour minimum. Call for details. Billing begins when we depart from Rapid City and ends when we return, regardless of your pickup/drop-off location. 🚗 About Our Car-for-Hire Service Great for flexible transport needs across the region. Available for up to 4 passengers (possibly 5 if space allows). Tipping is not required, but always appreciated. We accept cash or credit card payment. 📝 Waiver Requirement Each passenger must sign a liability waiver at the time of pickup. Want to review it beforehand? Just ask — we’ll gladly email you a copy. 📍 Common Shuttle Destinations We provide transport to and from Rapid City, including the following towns: Hill City Keystone Custer Edgemont Hot Springs Deadwood/Lead Wall Spearfish Sturgis (Note: Not available during the Sturgis Rally) 🕗 Default bookings reserve a 30 minute time slot. Actual travel time will vary based on your route.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, so we offer a flexible cancellation policy to ensure peace of mind for our guests. Please read the details below: 14+ Days Before Transport/Shuttle Service: You can cancel your reservation with no charge and receive a full refund of amount paid less any credit card processing fees. Less than 14 Days Before the Transport/Shuttle Service: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations within 14 days of the service date. This also applies to no-shows on the day of the service date. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes. If you need to make any adjustments to your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to assist you. Timeless Connections, LLC DBA Touring in the Black Hills reserves the right to cancel your reservation, and provide a full refund, if unforeseen circumstances occur with the availability of the guide(s)/drivers(s) or the service vehicle/equipment. If Timeless Connections, LLC DBA Touring in the Black Hills determines that the weather on the day of the service is going to be "excessively extreme" we will do our best to reschedule your Transport/Shuttle Service. If rescheduling isn't possible, either due to our schedule or yours, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued. Please note that services generally go during inclement weather; rain, high or low temperatures, and/or fog. Please dress accordingly. Each Transport/Shuttle Service participant will be required to sign a liability waiver at the beginning of the service.
